These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mtown8 ("Platform", "us") regarding your use of the mtown8 website and all services provided through it. By registering an account, accessing the platform or using any mtown8 service, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use the mtown8 platform. We recommend that you save or print a copy of this document for your own reference.

Acceptance of Terms

Using the mtown8 platform means you accept all these terms and conditions without any exceptions or additional conditions. These terms form the entire agreement between you and mtown8 regarding your use of the platform.

mtown8 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Continued use of the platform after amendments have been made indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Users are encouraged to check this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest changes. The date of the last update will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use mtown8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a resident in an area that does not restrict access to online gambling services.
• Provide true, accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Have never been banned or restricted from using the mtown8 platform previously.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or commercial entity.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account. Multiple registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number or identity card number — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

mtown8 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. Users may be asked to submit a copy of their identity card (MyKad), proof of address or other supporting documents for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary or permanent restriction on the account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the mtown8 platform are handled in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the chosen method and the verification process required.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are accurate and in their own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. mtown8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal requests that raise suspicion for further investigation.

• All deposits must be made through approved payment methods only.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user or used for non-gambling purposes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a verified method.
• Any attempt to falsify transactions or manipulate the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

mtown8 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and eligibility rules stated for each offer.

The welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your balance to RM200, and the wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.

Second example: a deposit of RM1,800 will give a maximum bonus of RM888, with a total balance of RM2,688 and a wagering requirement of RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

• Bonuses may not be used simultaneously with other bonuses unless stated otherwise.
• mtown8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.
• Bonuses for which the wagering requirements have not been met cannot be withdrawn as cash.

User Responsibilities

By using the mtown8 platform, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations in force where you are located. You also agree that:

• All funds used for betting are your own and were obtained lawfully.
• You are not on any list of individuals banned from gambling or who have applied for self-exclusion.
• You are betting of your own free will and are fully responsible for all betting decisions made.
• You will not use automation software, bots or any unauthorised tools to access or use the platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the system for personal gain.
• Any behaviour that damages the experience of other users or threatens the integrity of the platform is prohibited.

Game Rules

All games available on mtown8 — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, 4D lottery and table games — are subject to their respective specific rules. These rules are displayed within each game's interface and should be read before playing.

Game results are final. mtown8 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, unstable internet connections or user device failures during a game session. Should a technical disruption on the platform's side cause an error in a game, mtown8 will investigate and restore the account based on valid transaction records.

Any attempt to cheat the game system, collude with other players, or use strategies that breach game rules is considered a serious violation. mtown8 reserves the right to void winnings obtained unlawfully and close the accounts involved without any compensation.

Account Closure & Restrictions

mtown8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Fraud, identity falsification or money laundering activities.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents.
• Requests from competent authorities.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable procedures, subject to the fulfilment of any relevant wagering requirements.

Limits & Liability Cap

mtown8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses suffered by users, including loss of profit, loss of data or business disruption, arising from:

• The use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the platform's content.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by third parties or events beyond mtown8's control.
• Betting or game outcomes that are not in the user's favour.

The mtown8 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied guarantees or warranties. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

Amendments to These Terms

mtown8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this website and take effect on the date of posting unless stated otherwise.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform immediately.
